  • Issuing checks for the salary of subsidiaries and pension
  • Paying credits to subsidiaries upon the requested amount
  • Supervising holding auction and bidding in accordance with the law
  • Partial payments and prepayments related to concluded contracts
  • Receiving income from subsidiaries and sending it to the designated treasury of the province
  • Receiving income from the treasury of the province and paying the subsidiaries based on the allocation
  • Paying construction invoices
